rpReads - Insta Story

rpReads is an ongoing series that redpepper uses for blog posts and now Instagram stories! It is used to highlight recommended books from different people throughout the agency.

How To

​

  1. Google the name of the book and save a copy of the cover

  2. Login to Canva

  3. Click the rpReads folder on the left menu 

  4. Find the template labeled “Multi Template v1”

  5. Hover over the top right of the template and click make copy

  6. Once created click the copy and edit

  7. Rename the template to the rp position

  8.  Click uploads and drag image to area

  9. Go through template and change information  (try to keep it aligned and don’t change colors or fonts due to brand guides, unless told otherwise)

  10. Double click on the previous book cover and delete it (don’t delete the image box underneath)

  11. Then drag the new book cover over the image box on the book

  12. Once finished click share and copy link and add it to the Marketing Template Database

redbit - Insta Story

A redbit is a 10-minute share to the rest of the company, modeled after TED Talks. The talks can be about anything—a passion, an experience, an emotion—as long it’s relevant to the company’s overall performance.

How To

  1. Watch the redbit on youtube

  2. Write down a quote or points that stick out

  3. Login to Canva

  4. Click on redbit folder

  5. Copy the redbit template and rename it to topic and name of person speaking

  6. Add the blog image (get off instagram or from eyelee/ily) and words

  7. Once finished share and copy link and add them to Marketing Template Database

Touch on Tech - Insta Story

How To

  1. Login to Canva

  2. Watch the touch on tech youtube video to get information

  3. Pick 3 most interesting topics

  4. Click on touch on tech folder

  5. Copy the Touch on tech template and rename it

  6. Add the images and words

  7. Once finished share and copy link and add them to Marketing Template Database

Tweet-a-Word - Insta Story

How To

  1. Login to Canva

  2. Open the rp glossary for new words

  3. Click on tweet-a-word folder

  4. Copy the tweet-a-word template and rename it

  5. Add the word and definition

  6. Add a google pronunciation if needed

  7. Once finished share and copy link and add them to Marketing Template Database

Tweet-a-word is a way to showcase redpepper’s words on Twitter.
